    EDUCATIONAL TOYS & GAMES

    LeapFrog School came to Blue Coast Web at an early stage of an entire redesign of its public facing site. We applied the new look and feel to everything from unique landing pages to general page templates, focusing attention on creating a more navigable, logical user experience. We recently redesigned LeapFrog School's homepage.

    THE LEADING PROVIDER OF MEDIA MONETIZATION SOLUTIONS

    Rapt has been a long standing client of BCW, and wished to update, refresh, and extend their brand by rethinking and redesigning their web presence and suite of collateral elements. They were looking to create a new look and feel that was more professional, modern, clean, and ‘ahead of the curve.’ Unfortunate for us, but very fortune for Rapt, Rapt was purchased by Microsoft – which ended the project shortly after we created the initial site concepts.

    MEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS

    Cholestech contracted BCW to create a more modern and engaging interactive presence for the company. The greatest challenge was to address three very different audiences (Providers, Distributors, Investors), each with very different goals.

    Lattice Engines offers solutions blending consulting and software to optimize their clients' business performance. They came to BCW looking for a brand to represent the company as fresh and sophisticated, and to communicate the power of their complex solutions.

    Blue Coast Web was commissioned by Decision Lens to rebrand its company and create a professional site with unique character, to represent the growing company and appeal to its sophisticated clientele, which includes the U.S. Department of Defense and eBay.

    DECISION LENS WEB APPLICATION

    Decision Lens was so pleased with the outcome of its public site that we were asked to update the UI of their web-based application as well. This has been an on-going collaboration and the application is currently being developed in Flex.

    ONLINE LOCAL SEARCH AND ADVERTISING NETWORK

    Zvents came to BCW in 2005, as brand new company, with the goal of creating a product that was a competitive and intelligent public site. They desired an energetic and segment-neutral site that would be highly recognizable and appeal to a broad demographic. BCW created a competitive brand, with a mark that would stand out in a variety of online and offline environments, as well as concepted the original user experience for the site.

    CALIFORNIA WINERY

    BCW designed a site communicating the personality of Dancing Coyote Wines and the family that runs it. The original goal of the site was to provide users with a way of learning more about the company and specific details about the wines. As the company continued to grow, BCW worked with Dancing Coyote to add a complete online shopping experience for those wishing to purchase wine online.

    PROPERTY SHOWCASE

    The property at 1445 San Antonio Road was going on the market, undeveloped, but with infrastructure in place and architectural plans and permits to build a beautiful home. The realtor selling the property desired a site that would showcase the majestic land as well as the potential to build, and the progress that had already been made.

    MOUNTAIN BIKE CHAINGUIDES

    Full Page Advertisement & Soft Goods Brochure

    Gamut USA has created a complete line of specialized chainguides designed for the varying disciplines of the mountain bike market. They were looking to represent the brand with a simple, but sleek full page advertisement in an establish mountain biking magazine, and a marketing brochure for Gamut’s soft goods.

    Blue Coast Web was hired by Rapt to rebrand the company and increase brand awareness in the marketplace. When BCW had completed the design for Rapt's new website, we began work on updating Rapt's collateral and client-facing presentations so Rapt's revamped visual identity would be consistently launched to the marketplace.

    White Paper Layout & Illustration

    While in the process of re-launching SignalDemand's website with an updated look and feel, BCW worked to redesign their collateral as well. The goals of the white paper design were to make complex concepts more transparent, and to communicate the value of the information presented to the customer. We achieved these goals with organized, hierarchical layouts, and custom illustrations.

    Identity | Elizabeth Everdell Garden Design

    LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE

    Modernized and streamlined EEGD’s mark, the garden gate, that had been representing the firm for years. The goal was to create a more established and refined logo without losing the friendly, approachable feel of the gate. The logo was then applied to a letterpressed stationary system.
